Christy is an awesome realtor! I was so grateful that my loan officer introduced her to me. I moved out to Maryville, TN from Phoenix, AZ and I didn't know anyone. I have bought 3 homes in my lifetime and this one was the worst. It was the most stressful not to mention other stressors going on at the same time. Christy was always so patient and helpful. Her response to questions was quick and her negotiation skills were excellent. You won't find a better realtor!

We could not have asked for a better realtor. Christy was a godsend and made the whole process so much easier. She was quick in response and was always so kind. Christy was an excellent negotiator and an expert in her field. I highly recommend her for any and all real estate needs.

I could not have been more pleased with Christy! I had had other realtors come and look at our place but we really clicked with her. She is down to earth, very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Her assistant Patty was wonderful as well! I consider them friends and would look forward to working with them with future transactions.

INTEGRITY...This is a "spot on" real estate person who listens, hears, and speaks to you as a person. I worked wih Christy and her associate Patti, -they work with you; they listen, hear, and speak to you on all levels. And if they dont knoow something they search it and get back to you ASAP. She is "ALL IN" with her clients. Good sense of humour too..

Christy did a great job for us in finding a house in our price point and selling our existing house for the best price. We appreciate her going above and beyond to help us make sure that we have enough room for expansion and really appreciate her work with getting the closing documents in place so that we could close on time with no issues.
