My wife and I were very pleased with our experience with Howard and Tammy. They were an absolute delight to work with. They provided us repair guidance for several months prior to selling the house to ensure we got the most out of the house. Once we listed, we had an offer in less than 48 hours. Less than a month later, we closed without a problem. I’d recommend the Sentell’s to anyone looking to list a home.

Howard and Tammy took care of us from start to finish in the process. They gave us some amazing staging tips to make sure our house showed in the most positive light and because of that, and a hot market, we got several offers within 24 hours. Howard walked us through the advantages and disadvantages of each offer and we settled on the one that best fit our needs. Communication and a personal touch were what allowed us to feel very well taken care of and we would highly recommend Howard and Tammy to anyone looking to sell your home.

Howard and Tammy were very professional and sold my property quickly. They were always available when I needed them and more importantly they kept me in the loop the whole way to close. My favorite quality of the Sentell’s was that I felt like they had my best interest in mind and weren't “chasing the buck” so to speak. They guided me with good faith and I would absolutely recommend them.

I'm so impressed with The Sentell’s! They have the knowledge and expertise to bring your property to a successful close. I was out-of-town for everything but the actual closing and Howard handled all of the details without as much as a nudge from me. I highly recommend the Sentell’s due to their follow-through and knowledge. He is truly a blessing to have on your side of any real estate transaction.
