There aren't enough star ratings on here for Sherry Paul! I would rate her a 10 if I could! The service that she has provided my wife and I have been second to none. We came upon her by chance and we thank God we did. Sherry helped us sell our home and buy are new home home all at the same time. She took the time to sit down with us and help us understand the true value of our home. She then gave us very honest feedback on what we needed to do to prepare our home to meet the value she expected it to see from the market. From decluttering , staging, showing, and getting showing feedback, Sherry was all over it. We always knew what was going on with the sale process and what steps were next. Sherry is very quick to get digital paperwork out and processed. She helped negotiate our new home purchase and also helped us figure out price points and a house payment we could be comfortable with. On top of that, when it comes to any repairs needed to be done, home inspections, termite inspections, etc, Sherry knows someone! Every person she referred to us was excellent and we would use them again. She is very personable and feels like part of your family. Sherry attended every house walk through and sat through with us through the signing to make sure we were good to go. I highly recommend her team (including Kristen who helped with a good bit of communication)!

I don’t typically leave reviews, but when you work with the best, people should know. Sherry Paul and her team are exceptional. While Sherry has a 'sunshine' personality that makes the process enjoyable, she is incredibly incisive, astute, and tenacious when it comes to negotiations. She remained resourceful through every challenge that arose. This is my second time using Property Squad, and I recommend Sherry 100%.
