Jed is everything you would want from a Real Estate Agent, knowledgeable, responsive and always available for questions. When I told him about a home I was interested in, he got me in for a viewing that same day. When I told him we were interested in the home reached out to the selling agent who was already in possession of an offer, Jed encouraged them to give us a day to get in an offer and based on his expertise, he put one together that was accepted. It's no exaggeration to say that we would likely not be in our dream house if we had not reached out to Jed when we did. He didn't over promise, but he did over deliver. He never told us what we wanted to hear, but gave us good, honest feedback and recommendations, all which helped close the deal in a way that left both buying and selling sides happy. I can't recommend Jed enough, his knowledge and responsiveness helped us close on the home several days early and ensured there were no unpleasant surprises. I was recommended to Chris by his wife who is our Loan consultant. I will be honest, I was a bit hesitant to contact him at first due to the possible conflict of interest. Boy was I wrong to ever think that! His presentation of the Competitive Market Analysis he gave us for our home was presented professionally, and clear. He answered all of our questions and concerns and made sure we understood the sale process. He also checked in a few days sending the Analysis. To us, this showed that he really wanted to help us sell our home. We did not get the same from other realtors. On our first meeting, he laid out the plan he had to sell our home. We told him our concerns and priorities, which he was fine with. Chris set up all the inspections for the house. He also told us that he would be shocked if we did not receive an offer on the first week that the house was on the market. Of course I didn’t believe that we would get an offer so quick. With rates jumping so high and all, I was thinking it would take forever to sell our home. I was wrong, Chris was able to get us an offer within 3 days of the house hitting the market. I learned that Chris is not someone to doubt. He will always listen to what you have to say, he will always have your back and he will be honest with you. I could not recommend him enough as he went above and beyond for us. He made the sale process so much easier than I ever would have thought. I’ve thanked you so many times Chris, and still cannot thank you enough.
