Ms. Emiriah was absolutely amazing! She helped me and my boyfriend, Richard, find a beautiful luxury apartment right on the lake. The view is stunning and the entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to her expertise and dedication. We’re planning to buy next year, and we already know we’ll be using her again. Megan went above and beyond what any of us were expecting when it came to getting outside help. When we were at our lowest about to settle on a house Megan reached out and assured us she can get us something better, and she did just that. She would answer any and every question asked almost no matter the hour, Negotiated for us when there were some unfair numbers, and was with us every step of the way. When I move again and if any friends have to move i’ll be using/recommending Megan.

Jake made the entire process of finding a place so much easier than I expected. He really listened to what I was looking for and took the time to show me options I wouldn’t have even known to consider. What stood out the most was how on top of everything he was — quick to respond, super knowledgeable, and always one step ahead. I never felt pressured, just supported. This was my first time renting on my own, and having someone I could trust made a huge difference. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows what they're doing, Jake is definitely the person to work with.

Chris was a pleasure to work with. He helped us completely though the buying process - always available and with staff to assist as well. He is extremely knowledgeable and has great insight on market fluctuations and trends. We highly recommend him - after all, he helped us secure our dream home!

Megan was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. My family and I are completely satisfied with all of her help in getting us in the right rental home for us. She wasted no time in getting us into our new home. She negotiated on our behalf and worked her magic. Her greeting was always warm and friendly. In fact, we have already referred her to some close friends. And we look forward to working with her in near future when we are ready to purchase.
