Chris was recommended to me by my sister. She was always quick to respond and to contact me promptly with updates. Assisted me in locating assets for clearing the lot and putting up signs, as I lived four hours away from the property. Handling of online documents was quick and easy, helped with a few unexpected issues with the county property appraiser. Would gladly use her again.

Chris did an excellent job when we located property that we were very interested in. We knew there would be a lot of offers from others, so she quickly met with us at the property and pushed our paperwork through quickly. We are so thrilled with our little cabin by the river! Definitely a dream come true.

Chris was nothing short of spectacular. I couldn't ask for a better realtor to lead me through the ins and outs of selling my property. She never hesitated to do whatever it took (including doing jobs herself when her go-to companies weren't available) to get the house ready and the paperwork completed. Chris is a practical negotiator whose philosophy is "win-win." She follows through and stays on top of everything from outstanding invoices to contract paperwork. She truly made everything easy! Finally, Chris has the highest of ethics. I trust her on either side of the home purchase transaction, and I look forward to working with her again.

Chris is the ultimate professional and was able to guide me stress-free in the process of searching for and purchasing my new home. She is very knowledgeable with regard to the real estate market in Tallahassee and was very creative with my offer to the seller.
