Garret is an exceptional realtor and the best person we could have picked to sell our home! We had a unique home to sell and we knew it would not be easy. In the end, Garret was able to obtain the best offer. So many things went wrong that were out of our control, like a tree falling on the house. But Garret guided us through the process, helped us with contractors and whatever we needed, giving new meaning to “a full service” realtor! We can’t thank Garret enough for everything he did to make our dreams a reality.

Can't say enough great things about Garret and Fincher. They were amazing in their expertise, responsiveness, and professionalism. I was nervous the house would sit after spending quite a bit of time and money renovating the property and interest rates were over double what they were last year near the same time frame. But Garret was spot on and the house sold quickly at a price we were happy with. Was also super impressed with Garret's 'Johnny on the Spot' resourcefulness when they were some issues with the house that needed attention during the last week of contingency. Thanks again Garret.
