Tiffany is very professional, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend. My wife and I was able to close on our new home in 30 days of after finding it. We were also able to put in an offer and got it accepted in 24 hours thanks to Tiffany.

Tiffany was great to work with. She and her team walked me through all of the steps of buying a house. She knew when there were listings that I would not like. She anticipated what I needed before I needed it. They answered my many questions, always in a timely fashion. I recommend her without reservation!

Tiffany is a PRO for sure. Tiffany answered every question we had and provided her opinion which was appreciated. She showed us many homes and some we even saw twice to make sure of what we saw the first time. Very patience with us. After the contract was signed, kept us informed of the process and made the closing very easy.

I originally met Tiffany as a seller's agent and asked her to be my buyer's agent. I was purchasing a property remotely and Tiffany acted as my eyes and ears throughout the transaction. She was very knowledgeable and I had confidence in the advice she gave through the process.

I would highly recommend working with Tiffany Hamilton of Elk and Hamilton Realty for your real estate needs. We relocated to Tallahassee from the Cape Coral area and were unfamiliar with the various communities and the area in general. Tiffany helped educate us about the area. She was very organized and arranged her schedule to fit our needs to see homes. Tiffany set up the home inspection, and provided us with names of companies to call for any future work that needed to be done like painters, landscapers, etc. Tiffany was very responsive and kept us updated on the progress of our offer throughout negotiations and subsequently through to close. We enjoyed working with Tiffany and would certainly recommend her services.
