It was a Total Nightmare. I way overpaid for my home and She threw my key at me when I artived after 3 day drive with 2 dogs & 1 cat And my POD was ni where in sight. She also promised me I would no lose my $8,000 Earnest money I put diown on HHI Condo 1031 Exchange. If my Ft Myers Condo didn't sell by vlosing date. It fidn't but I was then told there is a 10 day added and was threatened all kinds of legal actions. So if you're considering usingMs Martha Markee Johnson My advice is run. And find yourself a realtor you can trust. I'm finding they're hardvto come by here As one I used to purchase condo also flat out lied to me. Do your research and trust your gut interview at least 2

Carey Ann was great to work with! She was patient with us, as we asked lots of questions, and gave us great tips about the local area. We were unfamiliar with the Hilton Head market and area, and she took the time to educate us on what the best match for our needs would be. Being that we lived a considerable distance away, she was very open to virtual video calls and showing us places via the phone. She listened to what we needed, and made sure to show us properties that fill that criteria. She was easy to reach via email or text or call, and made the process very smooth for us. We found the perfect place for us, and know she was a huge help to that!

Marlee has been beyond helpful in searching for a home to closing on a home. Any questions we had, insecure feelings, stressful moments and exciting times she was always there for us. Carey Ann Kelley has been a huge help, and a fantastic advocate for us throughout our home-buying experience. She is quick to respond, generous with her knowledge and attention, and every last referral she's made (lenders, attorneys, insurance agents, property rental managers, contractors, even restaurants!) has been top of the line. I cannot recommend working with Carey Ann highly enough — our experience has been atypical so far in several ways (to no fault of Carey Ann's) and she's had our backs every step of the way. We have yet to sign on any dotted lines but with the team Carey Ann has assembled for us I'm confident that when we do, it'll be the perfect home for us.
