Choosing Heather Norton as my realtor was one of the best decisions I made while selling my home. Working with Marcy from Dandridge to sell our property was great. She was very thoughtful and deliberate in assisting us with crafting the right strategy and price point to get our property sold. She worked hard on several deals that ultimately fell through but remained persist in chasing the right buyer and the right price. We cannot say enough great things about Mercedes! As first-time home buyers, we were nervous going into the process, but she made everything feel smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. Kristin Higy is the best agent of the year! I am a first time home buyer. She is super patient and guided me through the process. Always gave me great advice, like avoiding a house with foundation issues. Helped me negotiate with seller. Thanks to her, the purchase experience is wonderful.
