Working with Carolyn to find our new home (and sell our old home) was nothing short of spectacular. She really made us feel like we were a top priority every step of the way. Her extensive experience with the area and expert knowledge of the process made everything a breeze. We’d been looking for houses with her for months if not years. We came to trust her so much that when she found the listing for our new home and we were physically unable to go see it quickly, we trusted her judgement after she went to visit it for us that it was exactly what we were looking for. We made an offer before we even got to see it ourselves! And she was 100% right! The house is perfect! If you want an ace in your corner in the buying or selling process, you’d be lucky to leverage Carolyn’s wisdom and professionalism. Working with Carolyn was a dream! She is knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us navigate moving to a new state. She connected us with local professionals, while guiding and communicating with us every step of the way. A cross country move is never easy, but with Carolyn it went smoother than I expected by far. Carolyn is amazing! We have worked with her 3 times, and each time she has been fantastic. Twice we found the right place without really being set up to buy (hadn't done loan preapprovals yet), and Carolyn helped us work through the process quickly and guided us in making competitive offers. I wouldn't work with anyone else.

Carolyn and her team are awesome! We needed to sell our home for a job relocation. Carolyn met with us and talked about our timeline. She came with all of the facts for us. From our first meeting, we were at ease that Carolyn had everything covered. Our house was under contract in less than 48 hours after going on the market. Carolyn didn’t stop there, she guided and helped us all the way through the closing! We would highly recommend her and her team!
