I have nothing but good things to say about working with Kara, who just helped us buy our first home - she was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and patient in our search. We would gladly work with her again!

Kara is the best! She helped me with both the sale of my house and purchase of my condo. She explained what I needed to do to get my house ready for sale, spent time to help me understand what I was looking for in a new home, patiently took me to many showings and focused on understanding what I did and didn’t like each time. She guided me through every step of the purchase and sale process, ensuring I understood what needed to be done and when. I never had to ask questions because she would always let me know ahead of time what the next steps were. She is extremely calm and fought for me at every turn. I wish I could go through the process all over just to work with her again!!!

Seriously, Kara is the BEST! We have had other people help us with houses in the past, BUT I have never had anyone so on the ball and task oriented as Kara. She sells million dollar homes! I did NOT EVEN think she would EVER consider taking our home on when I saw her webpage, BUT she treated us like we had a million dollar home! We had an old farm home under $400,000. She answered questions pretty much right away every time I had a text question. Our home went on the market on a Monday at 8am, and by Tuesday at 7pm we had 4 solid offers. BUT the process to closing took weeks. She did above and beyond what she had to, to help us have the most smooth easy closing possible. Love her heart and love her work ethic. Highly Recommended!

We were nervous about what might be involved in selling our home of 40 years. Kara made it amazingly smooth and easy. She explained and guided us through every step of the way. Very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and always available. You can't do better than working with Kara Koptiuch!

Kara was an incredible asset to us in buying our first home. She had extensive knowledge about the listing we were interested in and pointed out everything we needed to know during the showing. When we put in an offer, she was always immediately available and responsive during negotiations, and gave us honest and straightforward advice. She has incredible attention to detail and created a portfolio to keep us on schedule right up to closing. We trusted her completely and are so grateful that we had her to guide us through a daunting market. She is truly the best in the Burlington area!
