Andrew gave up his Fourth of July holiday and nearly the whole week escorting our family around the greater Burlington area. He patiently guided the way on highways and shared local insights about the towns we were visiting. Even before we arrived in VT (from another state) he established a friendly relationship by phone and email. Andrew was quick-thinking, adaptable and strategic throughout the process. Moreover he was patient with us as we fumbled through the path to finding a lovely home in a super competitive market in under a week.

This is my second time working with David and it’s been a terrific experience once again. In 2018, he helped me find my current home and just earlier this year he worked as the agent in the sale of my father’s home. I’ve known David a long time and The Condo Guy team as a whole are tremendous. Highly recommend!!

I’ve worked with Andrew on purchasing two properties over the years, and both times he’s been fantastic! He is very responsive setting up showings, and he has great knowledge about local real estate, values, property types, structures and appliances etc. I never felt pressure to buy, he just provided an honest and educated assessment. We loved working with David on the purchase of our home. In a competitive market, his knowledge and experience in the areas where we were searching was very helpful. His advice on where homes would end up closing were accurate and suggestions on structuring competitive offers were well reasoned and helpful. He understood what we were looking for and was able to identify homes as fast or faster than we could with saved searches. Ultimately, we ended up in a lovely home that's just where we want it to be. David will be our first call for future real estate transactions.
