Andrew was extremely helpful in assisting me to view properties and expediting my financing pre-approval. He also was a great resource for introducing me to local vendors such as home inspectors, electricians etc. He was very generous with his time to provide me access to the property for numerous measurements and assessments before escrow closed. He insured that the escrow closing was on time and went smoothly. He is a knowledgeable professional and a pleasure to work with.

David was excellent to work with from initial contact thru to post sale. He was comfortable that as a buyer I had brought in counsel early in the process and David worked with both of us to ensure the contract was well positioned for any contingency. David was fair and honest throughout the process and when bumps were encountered reacted professionally and with integrity. Post closing, he has continued to support me in providing the names and contacts of contractors and other professionals in the area. An overall great experience with David!
