Working with Rich was a breeze. What started as a mention from Rich of some property for sale by a builder quickly and easily turned into us building our dream home. Rich is not only a realtor, he also has a history and knowledge of designing and building homes, so having him at our meetings with the builders, asking thoughtful questions that we wouldn't have thought to ask, and supporting us through the whole process was more than we could have asked for. Simultaneously, Rich helped us sell our other home. He found us a great buyer and got us a price we were happy with. Rich Gardner is a great realtor, great man, and really wants the best for you in selling your home. We had a situation where we needed to sell our house and close in approximately 2 weeks. We had already put a deposit on another house in another state and was closing soon. He worked with our lawyer to figure out a way to get our money to S.C. quickly. His communication skills are excellent and he always keeps you informed about your house viewing schedule. He communicated with our Realtor who was handling our purchase and made sure everything work. Best Realtor I have ever worked with.
