Working with Rich was a breeze. What started as a mention from Rich of some property for sale by a builder quickly and easily turned into us building our dream home. Rich is not only a realtor, he also has a history and knowledge of designing and building homes, so having him at our meetings with the builders, asking thoughtful questions that we wouldn't have thought to ask, and supporting us through the whole process was more than we could have asked for.
