Several months ago our family suffered a tragic loss. I then decided it was time to sell our home of 30 years in Danvers. How to start and where to go. Luckily for me I have a friend whose wife is a former realtor and she gave me a couple of names. A neighbor on my street gave me some too. One name kept coming up and that was Pam Spiros of Caldwell Banker. My son called Pam and said he liked what she had to say and set up an appointment for me. Pam arrived all business. We went through the house and she didn’t sugar coat anything. These are the strong points and these need to be addressed. Candor. Exactly what was needed. Pam has an enormous arsenal of vendors available at her calling. Need an electrician overnight, a residential sprinkler guy, you name it she knows them. And they come not in 2 months but this week. Invaluable. Pam was at the house almost daily and always checking the work in progress. She is a skillful negotiator and was a very valuable partner in the entire process. and I cannot recommend her any higher than I do. I believe she will be the best investment your initial call will get for you.

Pam came highly recommended when it was time to sell our home, and she absolutely lived up to her reputation. She has a tremendous grasp of the North Shore real estate market and was able to give us a clear and accurate assessment of our home from the start. She helped us connect with local vendors to make necessary upgrades to the property prior to listing, and she stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process. If you are considering buying or selling a property on the North Shore, you can't go wrong with Pam and her team at Coldwell Banker!

We used Pam to sell our condo and buy and sell our home. There is absolutely no one else I would recommend. She goes above and beyond with her clients and she is a straight shooter and knows her stuff. She has an incredible eye for the market and her knowledge is unmatched. When you are going through such a life changing experience, you need a rockstar top agent to close the deal. Pam takes care of everything, is super responsive, and she has raised the bar so high that I will never recommend anyone else. She is literally the best.

Pam was absolutely incredible for us during the homebuying process. We are first time homebuyers and Pam really supported us throughout our experience. If you're currently looking (2021), you know this market is INSANE. Pam made sure to keep us informed and helped us set our expectations for what houses fit our budget and our needs. With Pam's help, we found our house in 3 WEEKS. Yes, you read that right, 3 weeks. AND, we got everything we wanted and more in a home. She has incredible knowledge of the neighborhoods, mortgage lenders, appraisers, inspectors, movers, etc. You name it, she probably knows someone that can help you. Pam knows how to set your offer apart from others and will get inside knowledge leveraging her network to help you standout to sellers. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
