I have had a condo listed with this agent for over 200 days. Had to call broker to get a for sale sign in my yard. Only one offer in this time. Absolutely zero feedback from showings. Rarely answers phone or calls back.

Bryan helped me sell my home in Summerville SC (just north of Charleston). Key to this is I was selling it from Florida--so he handled the communication challenge adequately. He's definitely a market expert, and was responsive to my continual questions. We had a few speed bumps--like a frustrating time with an app failing to send me feedback each time another realtor showed the house--but we managed to finally sell my property. I am satisfied with Bryan's representation and expertise in the realty business.

Ok, Allow me to say that I've worked with many realtors in recent years, buying and selling multiple properties, and for All price ranges. There is only one realtor I can confidently recommend without hesitation. He is an expert communicator, navigating through tough deals,making other pretender types pale in comparison.
