Brock negotiated the sale of our home early on prior to the selling frenzy. Lori helped stage it and took great videos and photos numerous offers later. Brock's in depth knowledge of the realty in the Echo Park / Silverlake area as an agent (and also a home owner himself) was amazing. Finding YOUR home can be a stressful experience, and one where you rarely know when to celebrate (We submitted an offer, can we celebrate now? Our offer was accepted and we're in escrow can we celebrate now? We made an amendment offer after inspections and it was accepted, CAN WE CELEBRATE NOW? CAN WE EVER CELEBRATE!?!?). Brock fielded these questions and more with ease and aplomb, keeping our expectations level set while answering all our questions and keeping our excitement and anticipation high.
