Bridgette’s experience it’s what sets her apart from any other realtor. You want a realtor who has “seen it all” and is able to guide you to a smooth closing. I trust her with all of my transactions and know she will always have might best interest at heart. She makes this buying/selling process such an easy experience that I would never choose anyone else. If you want a caring, charismatic, experienced, and trustworthy realtor, then Bridgette is it. 100% recommend.

Bridgette is so easy to work with! We’ve purchased one home with her already and are currently in the process of working with her in finding our next home. She is an excellent communicator, makes the process seem easy and is a phenomenal negotiator!

My goodness where do I start! Before meeting Shawn we’d tried so many other real estate companies and no one was there to help us. As to not lose faith in our attempt to buy a home a contacted yet again another location (BrdigeCore Realty) we spoke with a lovely gentle sir named Gary who listened to our story and took the time to tell us about the town we were considering and even offered to schedule a showing for us immediately. We started talking dates and although he was unable to show us the home on a Sunday (which was completely understandable) he quickly told us he’d provide us the information to an agent on his team that could. That agent being Mrs. Shawn Pugh herself. From the moment we met her over text we knew we it clicked. She asked us what we were looking for, our price range and where. She didn’t ask for much else like everyone else does, showing she was in this to help us make our dream of leaving South Florida come true. Shawn showed us home upon home until we found the right fit. Don’t tell her I said so, but the count was way in the double digits….think the golden years lol. Even video tours while we were home down south getting things in order. But house after house she got to know us better and we got to know her and the Central Florida area. She was gentle, calm and very informative throughout the whole process!! I mean once you see a certain amount of house you’re like “hey there soooo are you gonna decide!?” But not Shawn, she was destined to help us find what we’re were looking for. So much so that she went over in beyond in her search contacting anyone she knew to make sure we had the best deal and a house in the best location. Once we moved in and throughout she was there telling us the local spots in the area from places to eat to things to do. She really knows her way around. We are completely in love with our new home and our newest adventure thanks to Shawn and the team at BridgeCore Realty.
