We cannot recommend Tracy enough as a real estate agent! She made the process of purchasing our first home an absolute dream. From the very beginning, Tracy took the time to understand our needs and preferences and she found the perfect home for us. Her involvement throughout the entire process was exceptional. She went above and beyond, coordinating with our lenders and escrow team to ensure everything stayed on track, even when we were out of the country for two weeks during the three-week escrow period. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and proactive approach made what could have been a stressful time seamless and easy. Tracy truly cares about her clients, and it shows in every step of the journey. Me and my husband were shopping for our dream house for ourselves and our beautiful Senior GSD and two cats when we met Tracy, who was hosting an open house at that time. She just understood our unique needs and circumstance. She took us on a house hunting journey that lasted for years. I am a super picky client when it comes to buying a house so her work ethic and patient definitely are what we needed.  She is a perfectionist herself;  She never missed a beat and is always on top of everything. She provides the type of value and service to her clients in a way that only being so professional, knowledgeable and caring can make it all possible.  We looked at so many houses over the years and I was never 100% sure or satisfied until one day she just knew she found the one for us and our fur babies. It's in a neighborhood where we enjoy nature and privacy yet only minutes away from the world class shopping and restaurants. Not to mention it is also only few miles to the beach. The house value increased more than double over the last few years and we are truly grateful for having her to guide us through the entire process. . Couldn't ask for more! Tracy Davis provides constant communication, hard work, and attention to detail for great results! We had worked with Tracy on another property and knew she would do everything needed to sell our property. She went above and beyond on this property in getting it ready to sell while we were out of state. Not only did it sell, but it sold in 2 days for more than the asking price.
