We had to pleasure of having Kent sell our home in Yorba Linda while he represented us on a house in Corona Del Mar. I have to say, I think Kent is the only one who could have pulled off selling our house for the price we did while also landing a great deal on our dream home in CDM. There were many things that came up from the buyers and sellers that could have thrown a wrench in the whole transaction, but with Kent's experience he was able to glide through every bump and make the whole thing so smooth. We are so grateful for Kent and all of his hard work. We will definitely be calling him on our next real estate sell/purchase.

We originally purchased our home using Kent and now we have had the privilege of selling it with Kent. He is the full package when it comes to marketing in selling a home. He had his marketing team come through and help us decide how to prepare our home for selling. Then he went above and beyond on the pictures, videos, and paid marketing for our property. I am convinced our home sold so quickly and for a great price due to all the work they put in to the presentation and marketing of our property.
