We feel so lucky to have found Kent after being referred to him by several of our neighbors here in Newport Beach. He helped us sell our home on Lido in Newport Beach during a really tough market, and while other homes were sitting, he found a way to get ours sold in a timely manner and at a great price. He got creative with financing, which made all the difference and brought the right buyers to the table. Throughout the process he was communicative, calm, and confident, and we always felt like we were in good hands. Honestly, it would not have happened with another agent and we are so grateful we had Kent on our side.

We had to pleasure of having Kent sell our home in Yorba Linda while he represented us on a house in Corona Del Mar. I have to say, I think Kent is the only one who could have pulled off selling our house for the price we did while also landing a great deal on our dream home in CDM. There were many things that came up from the buyers and sellers that could have thrown a wrench in the whole transaction, but with Kent's experience he was able to glide through every bump and make the whole thing so smooth. We are so grateful for Kent and all of his hard work. We will definitely be calling him on our next real estate sell/purchase.
