Matt was the best realtor I have ever had. I’ve actually bought and sold five houses over the last 20 years and I have always had difficult experiences with realtors. But Matt was the best. Every step of the way was simple and I really enjoyed working with him. He sold my house in about 10 days of it being on the market. He worked hard, knows the housing market, and understands what people are looking for in a house. I took all of his advice and the house sold so quickly I was completely floored. And he was so nice and kind to me and helped give me advice with the purchase of the house that I bought in Washington, which happens to be close to his wife’s family‘s house. (Crazy coincidence). Words cannot express how grateful I feel to have found him as my Realtor in Laguna Niguel. He truly is the best.
