Nicolai Glazer's Team including Nic, Shannon and the others were wonderful to deal with. I have known Nic' in the community, his character, personality and work ethic since the 90s. It was great to work with he and his team in work context. My parent's home is their greatest asset and having Nic's team who I believe truly cared for us work with us on a lease and soon a sale went as smoothly as possible. As with most families, there are dynamics and personalities to deal with. Shannon and Nic handled us all with grace, professionalism and a listen first then act approach. I would highly recommend working Nicolai who blends local knowledge with modern service. Don't be stuck in the past with an old school real realestate agent or get romanced with a reality TV, rock star broker, go with Nicolai Glazer's Team who truly cares and performs.

Nicolai and his team were AMAZING to work with. We have never sold a house before and they made it so easy and explained everything so we could understand it. They helped in every aspect for selling the house from suggestions on what should be changed well before putting it on the market to explaining what something meant on the documents. I cannot give enough thanks for the support they gave us. I wish they could sell me a new house in the state I moved to because I trust them and they would make that easy as well I am sure. I would recommend Nicolai and his team to everyone!
