She was drawn to real estate to help people find their dream home, she loves helping people with anything they need and a home is a big part of people's lives. She also loves the fact that the real estate industry is ever changing and there is never a dull moment! Born in Henrico, Virginia, Bree now lives in Powhatan, Virginia with her husband Justin, their daughter Rose, son Jameson, and cats- Mako & Mochi. Bree loves to try different wineries in Charlottesville and loves spending time with her family. Her favorite thing to do in Richmond is to try the different restaurants around town and travel to the parks and monuments and enjoy the history. Bree has a passion for leadership and mentorship and does that in her spare time. She also loves to volunteer at her church and spend time in fellowship.

My experience with Bree was unmatched. From the first meeting, where she wanted to walk through the house from a clients perspective before discussing anything, to the portfolio of information she had prepared, showed her process is very through and thought out. She answered any questions I had quickly. She used her skilled knowledge of the market by utilizing the value of desired features the home provided, to list the home at what it is worth in an area that the comps were difficult to navigate. The pride and compassion she has for what she does provides a level of comfort and confidence in what can be a stressful situation. Throughout the process, she set up staging the home to provide buyers insight to the home potential, set up inspections and kept me informed beyond what most would. Her expertise ultimately upon listing landed an offer during the holidays, Christmas Eve at that, when it can be a difficult time to sell. Once everything was finalized, I gained $50k+ higher than the first agents proposal I explored for listing. Thank you so much for all you have done! Family referred me to Bree and I have to say, family knows best! I explained what I was looking for and she immediately set up notifications. While traveling, the perfect notification hit my inbox. This was a Friday. I contacted Bree immediately and by Monday we already had all resources lined up to make it happen. Within 45 days, we closed. Funny part, i didnt actually meet her until closing day but trusted her each step of the process. Thank you, Bree!

Bree was so amazing to work with. She made the process extremely easy with her expertise and knowledge. She was always prompt with her responses and time whenever I had any questions or concerns, or whenever I wanted to view a house. She treated the process as if she was the one purchasing the home for herself and I truly appreciate her for that. She didn’t allow us to be taken advantage of and she made sure that we were getting the best possible outcome. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and I’m going to miss working with her.
