Rachael did an amazing job selling my parents home. They immediately felt comfortable with her and she worked very quickly to get their home on the market. She worked with me remotely, as I was assisting them in their relocation, and was very accommodating. She listened to my parents needs and made adjustments. Rachael made this process very easy for me. I told her what I was looking for and she did not waste my time taking me all over the place to houses that were not in the area or price point or not what I wanted. She patiently took me through many houses to finally find the house of my dreams, Then she did comps on it and kept on negotiating until we came to acceptable terms between the seller and I. I could ask her to do anything and she would promptly find the information for me. Even after the house closed, she's been there for me and has helped me. Very professional, knows her stuff and very personable. I'd highly recommend her.
