We were looking for someone that specialized in lake lots and we found the best in Brad. Brad was able to clearly educate us on the pros and cons of lake life to consider in purchasing a lake home. He went above and beyond the call in showing us lake properties and sharing his knowledge of the area. He’s very responsive, a great communicator, and excellent in negotiations. He was very patient with us and helped us find our perfect lake home. Brad is a pleasure to work with because he loves what he does and he does it with Christian values. We highly recommend Brad!

I went to high school with Brad Shoulders, but really got to know him more recently when he was representing a house for sale in my neighborhood in Hendersonville. I found him to be very professional and was impressed by his overall knowledge of the real estate business and our local market. When I had a need to sell my parents' house, I reached out to Brad to help sell it. His deep contacts in the real estate world allowed us to quickly get an offer at a very fair price. He was honest and very helpful throughout the process. The sell went through on time and with no real issues. I will definitely reach out to Brad for any real estate needs in the future.

Brad helped us purchase, and subsequently sell our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Brad was absolutely vital to the purchase of our home, and I don't believe any other agent could have gotten the job done for us. He's great. I would absolutely use him again if we still lived within his service area.

Brad helped us on our Old Hickory Lake home purchase last year. We live in Texas and the distance involved could have been problematic since we were only able to view the home one time before our purchase. The home was undergoing a remodel and a considerable amount of work remained uncompleted. Brad assisted us with negotiation of the purchase and has since been able to help us locate a quality contractor to finish the project. He has also been great to answer questions and help us get acclimated to the new area.

My husband and I have purchased many properties, and Brad far exceeds others in his industry. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and the value of properties. He is excellent at communication, negotiations and recommendations. We will only use Brad moving forward!
