Martin and his team were great to work with. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to me. As far as selling my condominium, I could not have asked for a smoother process. I also had multiple offers above my asking price in less than a day.

Martin helped us sell one of our homes in 2016 and the experience was so top notch that we trusted him to sell our primary home this month, as well as lead us in buying our dream home. Martin goes above and beyond to deliver a seamless transition and incorporates a keen eye for style and what his clients are looking for, notices any issues during home tours and contracts that we would never have noticed on our own, and keeps everything on track. There were times during home buying that we were ready to put in an offer and Martin noticed things that we hadn't: for example, a train track was right behind the home but hidden by a pretty fence and row of trees. He's definitely our go-to.

We can't imagine working with anyone other than Martin Lovelace and his team. They worked around the clock and had the most awesome resources for us (for example, an app that kept track of the showings) and we were blown away at how many showings they made happen! The icing on the cake was that Martin had our home sold within one week of listing! It was such a quick and painless process, handled with the grace of a professional and warmth of a friend. We would confidently recommend Martin Lovelace and his team to anyone looking for real estate professional that knows his business very well and how to make things happen quick for his clients.
