There aren't enough words in the English language to even begin to describe how attentive, wise and professional Bobby is, and how grateful we are. His attention to detail, thorough planning and market foresight guided us directly to our new home, which is exactly where we want to be! Bobby took all of the guesswork (and most of the paperwork!) out of buying a home. His expertise and knowledge of the housing market helped reassure my wife and I that we were making the right move, at the right time. If we ever buy a house again, I sincerely hope we have someone like Bobby at our side, watching our back and looking out for us as buyers in what is currently a seller's market!

Fed up with renting, my husband and I decided we were going to buy a house. We reached out to multiple agents but Bobby was the only one who responded and on the same day! Not knowing anything about purchasing a home or what to look for, Bobby walked us through every step and kept our wants and needs in mind. Bobby made our home buying experience very easy. I had a great experience purchasing my first home through Bobby. He was extremely educational, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. I closed on my home in under a month. He also was very knowledgeable of the entire St.Louis area and have me great suggestions on nice areas to consider as a first time home buyer.
