Bobby was very professional and helpful with every step of my home buying process. He responded swiftly to phone calls and text messages. Bobby answered all of my questions without biases or judgement. I am a first-time home buyer. I was able to use my VA loan. Bobby helped with the understanding of all the inspections, surveys, standards, policies, and any of the required paperwork. He responded immediately with getting multiple opportunities with viewing homes. Bobby did an excellent job with negotiations, and he handled the needs that I required via the VA process. I would recommend him to everyone.

Working with Mr. Eskridge was great! He did thorough research about property values to list my home at an excellent selling price. He pointed out things I should do to make my home appealing to buyers. We experienced a delay in the sell, Mr. Eskridge explained what was happening and what he resolutions would be. He responded to all my calls, texts quickly. When searching for a house to buy, he made sure I looked not only at esthetics, and also the structure/maintenance of properties. On short notice he would arrange to view a house. He made sure I stayed within my budget and negotiated a great purchase price for my new home. He also made sure I got a home warranty for the year. After the purchase, he continually checked in to see how everything was going. If I were to purchase another home, I would definitely work with Mr. Eskridge again.
