I highly recommend Beth and her team! I couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience!. Beth understood what I was looking for in my next home. She had a sense of the intrinsic things I was needed and wanted after a few discussions and home showings that I couldn’t quite articulate! Because of her expertise and knowledge of the area, she was easily able to filter out properties that met my criteria on the surface but wouldn’t work for me on a personal level. Beth is incredibly responsive, empathetic, warm and funny. All important qualities to me when working someone at this level. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions as first-time buyer (again) in a very different market! Getting through the offer and pre-closing process couldn’t have been smoother with the continual communication from her team that clearly outlined all the steps I needed to take.
