Beth was a pleasure to work with. She negotiated a difficult sale and helped us feel comfortable with the negotiations as we went through the process. Beth and her team were on top of everything from the time we hired them right up to the sale of our home and the process of our getting the check cut to us gor the sale of our home. They are very good at keeping their clients on track and informed.

Beth and her staff were the best. From the initial walk-through to preparing our house for market to pricing strategy, Beth was thoroughly professional. Her photographer showed our house in an absolutely amazing light. Our house sold after only 2 days on the market for above asking price. Everything post-offer went so smoothly. Beth outlined every step of the selling process for us and alleviated so much stress (especially considering we were leaving the country for an extended time prior to final closing). I highly recommend Beth for your real estate needs.

Beth is absolutely the best. She KNOWS real estate. She helped us buy our new home in one county (Mechanicsville) and sell in another (New Kent). She knows people you you can use to get a new home ready to move into and to get your existing home ready to show. She knows the ins and outs of the transactions and challenges you are going to face and seems to always have solutions. Beth was a constant calming presence through this process for my husband and me. We would recommend her without reservation to help you through the "bumpy ride of real estate." She was incredibly responsive when we had questions or just needed reassurance. A really personable, kind human being as well as a professional.

Beth was immensely helpful for us in the process of buying our townhouse. She was knowledgeable about the process, communicated all of the details in a way that was easy to understand, and had all of the connections to make the process go smoothly. As a young family doing a quick military move, I could not imagine doing it again without Beth.

Mrs. Baldwin was a constant support, always there for us. She answered all of our questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the deal for us.
