Anna found us a house that fit our needs off the market in less than a month!!! We had an absolutely amazing experience working with her. We were referred to Anna Fine by our friends. Within three weeks of our initial meeting, we were in contract! From the very beginning, Anna was professional and personable. She listened to us carefully and took a systematic approach to finding a house that matched our needs and budget. We had very specific requirements since all three schools were important to us, and we loved the neighborhood where we were renting and wanted to stay there. There were many limitations, but Anna delivered! Anna took a proactive approach in finding us a house that fit our needs exactly, off-market. In a very competitive market, Anna found us a deal where we didn't need to compete! We secured a house for an incredible price and closed very quickly. Anna answered every question we had and guided us even after we moved into our home. We are very lucky to have been introduced to Anna, and now we are enjoying living in our own home. We had such a fantastic experience working with Anna to buy our first home together! From the beginning, Anna really took the time to understand what we wanted in a house. She listened closely and we absolutely felt that her top priority was to find a home that was a great fit for us. All this meant that we stayed focused and never wasted time seeing houses that didn’t meet our home and budget requirements. Even in this current incredibly competitive market, we were in contract just 6 weeks after working with her. Throughout the process, Anna never pushed us. She really appreciated what a big decision this purchase was for us, so she always gave us the space to make our decisions, and patiently answered all questions knowledgeably and promptly. On top of that, Anna’s wonderful combination of calmness and hustle was critical in getting us through some intensely stressful moments of our closing process.
