Andrea was amazing. I know it can be difficult to deal with someone who is in a different state, time zone, and working 10-12 hours a day with limited access to their phone. But she handled it with ease and did an amazing job. The work she put into getting the house prepared to sell paid off, and we had an offer within a couple of days and were under contract the following day. She made me feel at ease with everything that I was unable to see due to being in a different state and was constantly sending pictures of updates or any fixes that were done. I cannot recommend her enough

We purchased our house, with Andrea’s great assistance, sight unseen. She face timed with us from multiple houses so that we could virtually tour them from our home on the West Coast. Andrea was a wonderful representative, making sure we found out all we needed to know about the houses. She then was a fantastic help in organizing cleaners, and setting things up so that when we arrived all was ready for us.

We were in Oregon and Andrea guided us through the process of buying a home in Richmond Hill Georgia (3,000 miles away). She was always available to answer questions and give us advice. She was our eyes and ears helping us make a purchase in a difficult and hot market. She was there for us before, during and after the sale. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Andrea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish in helping us find our new home. Any questions that I had were quickly answered. She is very friendly and positive and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her!

So I decided I wanted to buy a home. I checked a few websites and here came the Realtors. Trust his I only chose Andrea because she would not stop calling. Turns out that bulldog tenacity was exactly what I needed. She worked around my crazy schedule and showed me property after property after property. We finally decided on a new build and almost a year later I’m a proud first time home owner. She became a little sister to me and gained my complete trust. She talked me off the ledge a few times and gave me encouragement and a bullet proof belief with laser focus that this would all be worth it. Little sister was right.
