If it were not for Amy, I don't think we could have bought a house in this difficult market. Reflecting on the past year, this house buying experience was a journey full of uncertainty and self-doubt as a first generation home buyer. Starting working with Amy is the pivotal moment of this journey, because we finally started feeling we found the guide we had long needed. Before working with Amy, we always felt we needed to find the answers by ourselves for any questions we have regarding buying a house. For example, no other people referred us to insurance agents if we had doubt if the home owner insurance was available for the house we were interested in until we ran into Amy. Whenever we had a question, she would either answer the question if she knew the answer, or she would start reaching out to other people to find the answer for us, and there was no one time our question wasn't addressed. We finally felt supported in this difficult journey. I have no doubt that we'll continue to work with Amy in the future, whether to sell our house or to buy a new one. Amy, thank you for all your support and help in this journey, and we couldn't be more grateful for what you did for us :)

I would highly recommend Amy Mosley. I hired her to sell my house after being recommended to me by an acquaintance. She did such an amazing job that I used her again to purchase a condo about a year later. She is exceptional when it comes to communicating, negotiating, and getting answers. Amy continuously followed up with the HOA to get questions answered on my behalf and worked with the selling realtors to address home inspection issues in a timely matter. I truly feel like Amy always had my best interests in mind and protected me every step of the way.

Amy sold a house for me last year and was my realtor for a purchase this month. She was top notch both times. Do not hesitate to use her. In the buying experience, Amy put in the legwork to evaluate homes in advance, saving valuable time. She recognized the key requirements for the home and targeted the specific community where we ended up buying. She knew the neighborhoods and understood where we should be looking. The process of buying a house is not easy, but Amy was there every step of the way. She was highly effective in negotiating with the sellers and working through the inspection issues, a challenge in all home purchases. She recognized the motivation of the sellers and advised me throughout, while never exerting pressure. Amy wants people to be happy with the outcome. She was never hesitant to advise me based on her vast experience, but always emphasized that the decisions were mine. Her guidance was invaluable. Communication is critical when buying a house. There are so many issues to deal with and decisions to make. Amy was always there, available no matter what else was going on, and took the time to explain everything to me. I couldn’t be happier about Amy’s work in this process. And I am really looking forward to my new home, perfectly suited to my family!

Amy took the tie to explain all facets and proved to be an A+ level strategist. She considered all angles of every challenge and closely involved me in determining the approach. Also, this deal was done with my being entirely out of town; from broken locks, garage door repairs, landscaping, inspections and every other possible issue, Amy solved it. Could not be happier and absolutely would us her again.
