Amy Mosley contributed effective organization, high motivation, great effort, and superb communications to prepare, list, and sell my condo in much less time than expected for $15,000 over the asking price. Truly a great realtor with sound advice on preparing the unit for sale, selection of initial price, and a modest reduction (that was recouped by the strong winning offer), and negotiating strategy with buyer agents. Amy , was an absolute professional, right from the start. Not too many realtors know how to carry themselves, dress professional , treat their clients, and most importantly, listen to what the client says. We felt totally in great hands with Amy. Her whole package was complete , selling experience, knowledge, ability to judge the current market was tops. Amy carries with her, a wonderful combination of excellent, experience help as well Brittany ,who has full computer , and a whole world of technology that she adds to Amy's program, that is very helpful closing sales. My wife and I live out of town , so having this capability was tremendously valuable. Don't hesitate to use Amy and Brittany if you are serious about selling your property or residence. Amy Mosley is very knowledgeable in her field, great communicator and trustworthy as a realtor. Amy helped me with sale of mom's house with conservative ship. It was challenging road ahead of us. She did everything for us so we can get the highest price for the house. Renovations, photo taking, marketin, showing the house was done in a very timely manner. At first showing got few offers, one was specially worked for us, it was done very quickly and clean. Amy is a hard working, kind and very patience realtor.
