I would highly recommend Amy Mosley. I hired her to sell my house after being recommended to me by an acquaintance. She did such an amazing job that I used her again to purchase a condo about a year later. She is exceptional when it comes to communicating, negotiating, and getting answers. Amy continuously followed up with the HOA to get questions answered on my behalf and worked with the selling realtors to address home inspection issues in a timely matter. I truly feel like Amy always had my best interests in mind and protected me every step of the way.

Amy sold a house for me last year and was my realtor for a purchase this month. She was top notch both times. Do not hesitate to use her. In the buying experience, Amy put in the legwork to evaluate homes in advance, saving valuable time. She recognized the key requirements for the home and targeted the specific community where we ended up buying. She knew the neighborhoods and understood where we should be looking. The process of buying a house is not easy, but Amy was there every step of the way. She was highly effective in negotiating with the sellers and working through the inspection issues, a challenge in all home purchases. She recognized the motivation of the sellers and advised me throughout, while never exerting pressure. Amy wants people to be happy with the outcome. She was never hesitant to advise me based on her vast experience, but always emphasized that the decisions were mine. Her guidance was invaluable. Communication is critical when buying a house. There are so many issues to deal with and decisions to make. Amy was always there, available no matter what else was going on, and took the time to explain everything to me. I couldn’t be happier about Amy’s work in this process. And I am really looking forward to my new home, perfectly suited to my family!

Amy took the tie to explain all facets and proved to be an A+ level strategist. She considered all angles of every challenge and closely involved me in determining the approach. Also, this deal was done with my being entirely out of town; from broken locks, garage door repairs, landscaping, inspections and every other possible issue, Amy solved it. Could not be happier and absolutely would us her again.

If you’re looking for the best, most hard working, & honest real estate agent then Amy Mosley is the only choice! Being out-of-state sellers required us to have an agent that we could put our trust in 100%. Amy took care of every detail, large & small, to make the sale of our home absolutely stress-free. This was my first experience selling a house, and Amy was my rock. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and took the time to walk me thru each step of the process. I knew I could reach her anytime of the day, any day of the week with questions or concerns, and she updated me regularly. I could trust that she absolutely had my best interest in mind when making suggestions and negotiating offers. Overall, I am so incredibly grateful I had Amy and her assistant, Brittany, on my side. So supportive, genuine, and responsive. I'm looking forward to working with her again in the future.
