Alicia did a phenomenal job with the purchase of my investment property. She was on top of EVERYTHING, including helping find a Property Managers, Insurance, quotes for repairs, etc. Her knowledge of the area with her amazing work ethic made this buying experience amazing. Alicia is extremely knowledgeable of the local market - neighborhoods, contractors, etc. She is honest and is very enjoyable to work with. Alicia goes far above and beyond what I would ever expect. We live out of state and are purchasing investment properties. Having someone that can be trusted and has our best interest at heart, makes us feel so much better.

We love working with Alicia! We had an introductory call and she asked about our current portfolio and our goals moving forward and started looking right away for properties that fit our criteria. We've been under contract on a few that didn't work out . We rely heavily on her for guidance in those situations and she's always helped figure out the vest plan.
