Mark went above and beyond for us. He helped sell and purchase our house and I can’t recommend him enough. Mark always put our best interest and needs first. He truly worked to get us the best deal in today’s market. If we sold / bought again there is no one else I would use!

We closed on our first home yesterday, and Mark Was our agent. Having never purchased a home or any real estate in my life, I knew absolutely nothing of the process. Mark was referred to us by a close friend and I cannot express the gratitude we have for him and everything he did to help us get the home we loved He was patient as a saint throughout, he was happy to explain every step of the process, never pressured us on anything, and worked extra hard when it came time to us making an offer. We cannot say enough good about Mark, and we’ll always work with him in the future and refer everyone we know.

You really will not regret it if you hire Mark to be your agent. We have used him to buy a vacation home and also to sell one. Mark sold our condo within a couple of days of listing to the buyers that visited at the first showing. He is very kind, relatable and knowledgeable. He will keep you updated at every step of the process. We really cannot thank him enough for this smooth, painless transaction that might normally be a difficult one. We found a home in an area that was well sought after. We called Mark while he was on vacation and told him we needed to sell our home right away and get an offer in on the new home. Within two days an offer was in and we were under contract. within the following week our home was listed. Under 30 days Mark was able to find a buyer for our existing home it was under contract. We couldn’t have been happier with the way things worked out. We closed on both homes the same day!
