Julia was amazing to work with. She was very open and honest during the entire process. She always responded in a timely manner and was very helpful. As a first time homebuyer we were a little nervous about the process at first but her and her team made the entire process easy to understand and not at all stressful

Julia was absolutely amazing to work with throughout our home-buying experience. She was very responsive and quick to point out the positives and negatives of all homes we viewed while making our purchasing decision. I'd definitely work with her again in the future.

I cannot put into words how phenomenal Lindsay is. I wish I knew more friends in the market for buying or selling a home so that I could recommend her. I feel like we struck gold with her. I've worked with real estate agents in the past who have left me wondering, "what's the point of having them if they're just showing me a posting I found myself on Zillow?" Lindsay made me understand the value of working with someone who is truly great at their job. I relocated from NY to NC, and Lindsay made the move feel as simple as us moving 5 minutes away. I don't even want to mention all of the amazing things she went out of her way to do for us, because I don't want others reading this to expect these things from her LOL, but I will say that she farrrr exceeded expectations of any real estate agent and person in general. She was so responsive, answering me at all hours of the day/night. She's also insanely knowledgeable about all areas and things NC/SC, she's like a real life encyclopedia on all topics and neighborhoods. Her background in interior design and architecture was also extremely helpful when trying to see the vision/potential in a home. She ultimately found us our dream home, a home that without her I would have never considered, and we couldn't be happier. She knew what we were looking for and knew us better than we knew ourselves. She's also the most honest and kind person you will ever work with, and allowed us to go at the speed that was right for us throughout the process, when there were many instances another real estate agent may have pushed us into considering something, Lindsay did the opposite to make sure we were truly happy with our forever home. I cannot thank her enough, and she sets the bar of excellence for all real estate agents. I'm so blessed I found her and cannot stop raving about her to friends/family. Thank you Lindsay!!

Julia was amazing to work with! She made both selling our home and buying our dream home such a smooth process. From the first day we met her to closing day, she was always there to answer our questions, offer advice, and keep everything on track. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and supported every step of the way. Julia’s knowledge and attention to detail made a huge difference, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I couldn’t recommend Julia enough! She is fantastic!
