I had the pleasure of working with Lori, during a very stressful time in my life. From the very first conversation, it was clear that she had an extensive knowledge of the market and was genuinely dedicated to selling my home. What stood out most was her attention to detail and personalized approach. She took the time to walk me through and explain how the selling process worked because this was the first time I sold a home. Fernanda at Berkshire Hathaway was excellent. She went above and beyond through every step of the way. She genuinely made me feel like family and cared about my interests. Couldn’t recommend her enough. We had just moved to the area and she was very knowledgeable of the community and neighborhoods.
