Adam was outstanding to work with when purchasing our condo. We were remote for most of the process. Adam would gladly view condos for us, send pictures and provide his honest feedback. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and super nice. He was a great advisor. He helped us evaluate the true market value of the properties and make reasonable offers. When we found the condo we wanted to purchase, he let us know what to expect for each step of the process, he attended the inspection, and was there for the final walk through of the property. He continues to help us even after the closing. We highly recommend Adam!
