We tried FSBO and had no offers after a month. We tried another agent who had 3 deals fall through. We were desperate, but tired. so we decided to lease. When the lease was nearing its end I remembered Aaron had reached out on another FSBO place we had and offered his services. We quickly came to an agreement and the process was flawless. We live out of state and Aaron coordinated everything with our tenant. He saved us money by us not having to be there, got the place sold and we are thrilled. Highly recommend this no-nonsense, get-it-done agent.

Although I was a FSBO for several homes successfully, Aaron approached me during a challenging market and I enlisted his help. He is professional and interested in getting the sale done fairly and fast! He listens, gives his opinions and is flexible when working with you so that everyone is happy. Aaron is super. He really gets it. Excellent communicator, he's polite and insightful. He kept me in the loop and was very responsive. The only 4 star rating I would give him, instead of five, is because he initially set the price on my property a little low. Mind, when I told him we had to go higher, he was, as ever, very responsive. We raised the price--and we had a perfect buyer within two weeks. I recommend Aaron highly.
