My wife and I just closed on our house after working with Josh Antos. He is without a doubt that best agent we have eve had the pleasure of working with. He made sure that we had all the information we needed through every step of the process. I reached out to William through Zillow on an existing listing that he had in my neighborhood. He got back to me within a couple of minutes and knew exactly what I needed to get my house to market and sold quickly. We were under a contingency in buying another house and his knowledge of the local market really helped me to understand how best to price my house to move quickly in a buyers market. And he was able to negotiate with the sellers of my new home for many extras. he is courteous and professional, and has a great sense of humor, which really helps in making the whole process less stressful. I can’t recommend him enough.
