She’s very professional as well as her team. Really appreciated her honesty and work ethics during the sale of my parents home. She’s knows what she’s doing when it comes to her work. My dad was very pleased with the outcome and hopefully we can work together again. I definitely without any doubt highly recommend her.

Made our home buying experience absolutely awful. She provided zero value and made me question the realtor profession entirely. She dropped the ball on my forever home and now I am in a home that I hate because she was only looking out for her commission. She’s gives the entire profession a bad rep and will be the reason we never use a realtor again in the future! Save yourself. I would recommend not using a realtor AT ALL over working with Yvette.

Trustworthy knowledge. Outstanding hustle. Attentive service. Expert negotiation. Yvette helped me purchase my dream home! I was super picky and wanted impossibly specific home features in a specific part of one zip code with the slowest market in the metro area. I also didn't want to pay a cent more than necessary. I watched the market like a hawk, certain I'd find it before her. I didn't. She negotiated a short rent back that helped my offer jump the line and saved the seller and me a lot of money. I purchased for list price in 2021's crazy seller's market. Thank you, Yvette!
