I had a wonderful experience working with Ying both when I first bought my condo in Somerville and later when I sold it. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always had my best interests at heart. When I was buying the condo, Ying went through multiple rounds of negotiations with the builder to reduce the price when the builder could not deliver on time. When I was selling, she went above and beyond — she met with potential buyers, answered their questions with patience and expertise, and ultimately convinced them that my condo was the right fit. Thanks to her guidance and strong negotiation skills, the sale went through smoothly and quickly. I truly appreciate Ying’s dedication and support throughout both the buying and selling process, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
