Carmelo was outstanding. We were selling our home while out of state and he made it a seamless process. From preparing the house for sale, to marketing the property, to negotiating terms, and ultimately to helping in finalize items for closing, he did it all. He was a trusted expert and through the process became a friend. I can’t recommend him enough.

Carmelo was not only an agent or a salesperson just to make a sale each relationship he takes it very serious great guided you the right way to each and single open house he was always on point has answer for you right away any questions an honest and true answer the best part about it you want him to work late 8/9 pm he will his work does not stop untill you are satisfied to the fullest we already planning on the next purchase

We knew from the first time we met with Carmelo that we wanted him to assist with the sale of our condo when it was the appropriate time. He is personable, possesses great geographic knowledge, has a keen understanding of the local real estate market, and has an accomplished business background. His effort to get the condo on the market, schedule open houses and viewings was impressive. His regular communication following each of these events was also impressive. Our condo became under agreement within two weeks. He continued to diligently follow the legal process right through to completion. Overall, it was a very good experience. I would highly recommend Carmelo to assist in the selling of your property.
