Kaitlin is the best and you will absolutely love working with her. My husband and I have been working with Kaitlin for over 5 years now. We started working together when she helped us find our first rental apartment in Charlestown. From there, she helped us buy a property in Charlestown, then sell that property and buy our new home in Hopkinton. Kaitlin is incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed in the Greater Boston real estate market. She is professional, diligent, highly detail oriented, and cares deeply about making sure her clients are happy and that the overall home buying/selling process is enjoyable (dare I say, fun!). Kyle was an amazing partner in helping with finding the right home for us in Boston. Between providing advice for moving from the West Coast, learning about the buying process, closing and everything in between, Kyle was our GO TO MAN day in and day out. He knew exactly what we were looking for in terms of neighborhood/commuting. When he was unable to meet me for an open house because of scheduled vacation (rude, right??), his colleague Sarah met me and was equally as nice and professional, going above & beyond what I would expect for a drop in. If you’re looking for someone to help you buy a new home in Boston who you also now call a friend, Kyle is your guy.
