Ryan Drowne did an amazing job working with my wife and I to purchase a condo in Boston. As first time home buyers everything was new and often overwhelming. Thankfully we had Ryan to help guide us through the process. He knows the Boston area well and provided us with multiple options within our price range. When we began viewing homes, Ryan arranged showings to work with our schedule and lined them up to make it as convenient as possible. As we zeroed in on a place, Ryan had wonderful recommendations for attorneys and home inspectors to work with. Extremely professional, honest, and thorough he was always available for a phone call and patiently answered all of our questions. More than once his calm demeanor and willingness to explain a complex process helped put us at ease. For example in the lead up to our closing date we ran into a minor issue and it seemed like the closing may have to be pushed back. Worried, my wife and I reached out to Ryan. On his way to a vacation he still found the time to take our phone call, answer all of our questions, and help us with a plan of action. We ended up closing on time! He truly went above and beyond to help make our purchase of a home as smooth as possible. We both highly recommend working with Ryan!

Erika responded really fast to my initial outreach and continued to be very helpful, professional, and prompt with all our interactions.
