Ali is fantastic! I was so impressed with her approach. Without being pushy, she kept me on track to get my house ready for sale, providing me with contacts for cleaners, decluttering experts, painters, small job construction teams, and junk removal folks. She was so professional with all of her correspondences and interactions. I would sell or buy another house with her in a second!

Chris helped us buy our house and I know we got it because he was very savvy knowing what to do. We wanted few things and few of them makes it harder I guess but he was fast getting us into the market that was crazy and still is. I recommend this office to get your dream home so Gert on the phone and ask the questions, but no worries, Chris is going to ask you the right ones. Go get your dream Home .

We had the pleasure of working with Chris Kostopoulos (and his amazing team!), who was highly recommended by a friend. Our journey began in October 2020, during a particularly challenging time for homebuyers when competition and overbidding were common. Despite these obstacles, Chris was instrumental in finding us the perfect home within our budget. His extensive knowledge of construction was invaluable as he identified several issues with the property, such as an old roof and windows that needed replacing. This insight enabled us to negotiate a lower price effectively and amicably. Thanks to Chris, we moved into our wonderful house in January 2021. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy a house in Massachusetts--he truly goes above and beyond for his clients.

Chris Kostopoulos orchestrated the sale of our Brookline home of 30 years, and the purchase of our Roslindale, including the recommendation of a team to handle the financing and legal issues. Chris is knowledgeable, honest, and responsible, and sensitive to the emotional aspects of selling a home we had loved dearly. All advice proffered was excellent (we followed it to the letter) and the outcome couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend Mr. Kostopoulos, and would definitely utilize his services in the future.
