Wes was the sellers agent in the last home we bought. He did not respond to my agent in what I would say is a reasonable amount of time. He made this process much more difficult than it had to be. The home did not appraise for the amount and he did not advise his client that the market in this area mostly have VA loans. He seemed to take this very personally. It was under 5k and he sent comparisons that were not even with the city that were buying the home. Again, if he had understood the market better he would know the VA loans make up the bulk of this area. That the buyers myself and my disabled veteran husband had nothing to do with this number and we wanted it to approve as well. After my agent had to contacted him several times they agreed on the appraisal price. This agent also made it difficult to access the property. This home was an airbb that had been used as such up to very close to the closing. They didn't even make sure the trash cans were empty. The morning of the close we walked the home and it smelled clean and we were grateful. However, when he moved out the sellers scuffed up a lot of things we didn't see when we walked it when we offered. He was very unpleasant for my agent to deal with and some of his practices left me wondering how he works for Century 21.

My wife and I were in search for a house to call our own and a place to raise our young daughter. From the start Mr. Hart was a person of expertise. He helped us along with paperwork we didn't understand and gave us clear insight on what was needed next. We gave him a price and ideas for a house and that's all he needed. With in a few short weeks we were proud owners of a fabulous home. The price was right and he went to bat for us when we didn't know anything. Mr. Hart earned our trust and we were greatly pleased with the fine work he accomplished for us... 2 years later (2017) we began selling our home. We were pcsing to Hawaii and Mr. Hart told us our house would sell before we pcs'd. On his word we sold our house before we moved! If you want something done in a quick, trustworthy, and reliable manner go to no other than Mr. Hart!

Wes was awesome. We were wanting to buy our first home and hand no idea about buying a home. Wes was very informative, and gave us great advise.I would really recommend Wes to anyone looking to buy a home.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Wes. He went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We do not live in the area anymore and he was extremely helpful and accommodating to our situation. I cannot say enough about how helpful, understanding, and professional Wes was during the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor!
