Tara is an amazing person and an incredible realtor. She is a level beyond professional the way helped with negotiations and handling the other party as well as their realtor. She is knowledgeable on the VA loan and the local area. I'd 100% recommend her to anyone and everyone I could.

I have known David and Britt for almost 9 years and have had numerous interaction and investments through his company. Dave is NOT your normal Realtor, they proud more that listings and property sales. My first meeting with Dave, he begged me not to buy the Townhouse I wanted to do my first Flip, I was wrong and he was right! Since then I have purchased other properties with their guidance's and support and the relationship doesn't end at Closing. I'm grateful to consider them close friends and writing this review was easy for me.

I would recommend Mr. Delgado for his hard work ethic and his determination. He's always motivated to assist with his clients and he does this by having good communication. He is very reliable and gives sound advise. Thank you Mr. Delgado for all the help along the way.

As a first home buyer, I wasn’t really sure on much of anything. I can not thank Erin enough. She helped me with every single step along the way. Her dedication to her job and clients are unreal. There were days she would even come in and meet us on her days off to show us a house and help us try to find the perfect home. I would highly recommend Erin Clark as your realtor for your next home.

Brittanie was very professional and easy to communicate with. I had my home listed for sale by owner and she came in to let me know I could get more for it. She was so confident that she told me if it wasn't sold within 2 months that I could go back to selling it on my own. I'm glad to say that it sold and she handled several issues that came up during the process without us having much hassle.
