I'll start off by saying you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you do not bring on Jon Perez as part of your house hunting/selling team. This is our third home and he is, by far, the most competent real estate agent I have ever worked with. A lot of agents think it's about charm and being personable, and although Jon is most definitely charming and personable, I challenge you to find someone as well versed and up to date on the legalities that is the ridiculousness that has become the home buying experience. From the moment we saw our dream home, Jon went in with intent and strategy that allowed us to be the chosen family for a highly desirable home. And no, it wasn't because we had the highest bid, because we didn't. That's how good he is. Then of course came Escrow and the intensity that comes with it. Even though we've done this before, there's still always so much we don't know: policies continuously update, contacts disappear/change, and loans become more and more difficult to obtain. Jon was there to provide advice and guidance through it all. So whether you are a first time home buyer, or an experienced house tycoon, Jon is someone you can trust to be on your side. Thank you Jon for going above and beyond for my family and for being someone we could count on. I'll be recommending you to everyone.

We literally bought our home sight unseen! thanks to the patient, helpful, knowledgeable and expert guidance by Jon. In a hot market such as the one now, Jon was able to reach out to all listing agents of our chosen properties and negotiate with them. His advice on pricing and the market behavior was very spot on. He got to know us personally, understand our family's needs and even suggested areas that will work best with us. New to this area, Jon is our new best friend - we can count on him while we navigate this new home, new life and new neighborhood. We highly recommend Jon for any sale / purchase and will work with him again in 3 years ;-)

About 6 months ago I was starting the process to look for a realtor to represent me for buying a home in North OC. I decided to go to open houses and “interview” realtors there. I thought it would be easy to find someone that had a good grasp of the industry and had would have my best interest in mind. I thought my game plan was a good one but after a few months of not finding someone I decided to ask my friends for recommendations. One of my friends told me they used Jon Perez when they bought their house and were very pleased with his service. He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy going (buying a house is stressful enough so I don’t need someone adding to it!). It was an easy decision to hire him. Without going into the details, his knowledge in the industry most likely helped save me money when the dream home was found. This is the most expensive purchase most people will ever make in their lifetime. If you don’t have the right person representing you, it will cost you money (that means you need to politely say no to your aunt that sells RE part time). Thank you, Jon for all the work you did on my behalf!
