This is my first real estate experience. I have been dreaming of owning my own home for many years. Jon and his team were incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive. Jon explained every document and maintained consistent communication to make sure I understood every step of the process. Jon is an awesome realtor! We chose him based on his good reviews online. Jon helped us purchase our first home. Throughout the process, he listened to us and paid attention to our preferences. He was very patient to first time home buyers and fast to respond to our questions. We previously worked with a realtor who pressured us too much on offering high. This was not the case for Jon. He respected our decisions and also managed our expectations well. He was also great in helping us negotiate during escrow.

Jon is an exceptional real estate agent. He went above and beyond helping my Mother-in-Law sell her home in CA. Jon is a very caring and professional person. He walked her through each step of the process. He made sure her home was ready in all aspects so the highest possible bid would be achieved. He was in constant contact with her and made her feel more like a close friend rather than just a client. He has integrity that shines in everything he does. I wish he lived in the same state as me because when it's time for me to sell my home, I would not want any other person. Thank You JON!

Jon is amazing! I was going through a divorce and my ex and I agreed to go with a neutral agent that wasn't connected to either of us. We interviewed a couple different agents who seemed great. However, my ex asked me to give Jon a shot (although he was recommended to him by one of his friends) since he had some great strategies to present to us. Needless to say he blew everyone else out of the water. I was very impressed with his presentation that we decided to go with him on the spot. He has an incredible work ethic and went above and beyond for us and got our house sold over our asking price. I was so impressed by Jon that I asked him to help me purchase a new place as well. He is very personable, hard working and cares about his clients. Some are just a cut above the rest. Jon is one of those people.

Jon was our realtor when we sold our home, and I could not be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise! He took the time to work with us and walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. He showed us many options, and presented hard data that supported his recommendations for his various strategies. This attention to details and knowledge of the market made the sale of our house go smoother than I could ever have imagined was possible. We even got top dollar for our house…also more than I imagined was possible! Jon was always available via text or email or phone call, and he was in constant communication with us and provided updates and recommendations as the situation warranted. He is patient and truly cares about his clients’ satisfaction. I highly, highly recommend Jon if you are selling a home, and if you’re buying a home, I am positive you will have just as an amazing experience.
