Calling Mike and Travis should be at the top of your things to do when looking to make a real estate transaction in the Orange County area. They both have incredible market knowledge, outstanding processes in place, an amazing team and constantly go over and above when helping you with your real estate transaction. Their ability to market and show your property at its highest level is evidence from their long history of amazing listings. During the listing process, I was impressed with the patience they showed and timing of when the house was going to go on market, how it was going on market and what they expected in the first few days on market. This was not a rush to how fast can we get on market and a race to get into contract. Their plan was thoughtful, methodical, and it was looking for the my best result. Not just the easy fast way... it was the right way! Their preparation and methods proved to work exactly as they envisioned as we receive several offers in a very difficult market. When other listings were sitting stagnant we were able to open escrow within a week of going on market. If you're going to employ the services of these skilled real estate professionals, do yourself a favor, listen, trust and accept their recommendations. These guys know what they're doing trust their judgment, trust their process! With a solid contract in place we opened escrow. Communication with both continued to be wonderful. They were always on the phone, sending a text or email, going over every step. What was happening now, what's happening next I was never in question of what was going on in the process rather I felt like I always knew what was going to happen before it happened.
