Mike and Travis were absolute professionals. When I first met them, they explained how they operated as a team and showed me their full tech package. Very impressive. Their contacts for landscaping and other presale items were incredible and did an amazing job. When it was time to go on market, Mike and Travis were extremely communicative and I could tell put their full efforts into photos, videos, and advertising. We got 7 strong offers and ultimately I chose an offer $65K over asking! Closing matters were smooth and I never had to worry. I really couldn't say enough about the both of them. If I ever buy in the area again, I am absolutely using them!

We are incredibly pleased with the service we received from Mike Kelly and Travis Fairweather of First Team for our home sale in Anaheim Hills. The process can be daunting , but their entire team was fantastic every step of the way . From finding potential buyers, to negotiating an ideal contract, they were always available, and communicated how each part of the process would move forward. They also profoundly understood the housing market in our area which allowed us to get a deal that eventually met our expectations. Beyond their expertise and professionalism, the team was amicable and gracious throughout the entire home selling process. They answered all our questions with in depth explanations, ensuring we fully understood what was being done, and why it was necessary. Their knowledge and experience, combined with their patient approach made this stressful event a smooth and successful process. We reached out to Travis and Mike after meeting them at a few open houses and decided to work with them after we lost 5 bids in this competitive market. That frustration did not carry on at all with them as they helped us win the first home they helped us bid on. It was clear their knowledge of the area and connections were crucial to us winning the home. Travis also went the extra mile with us - from doing some repairs and cleaning of the home prior to giving us the keys after closing. Highly recommend if you're buying in Anaheim Hills and nearby.

"I would highly recommend Mike and Travis for the selling of your property. Mike and Travis took a lot of the stress off the process of selling one’s home. They and the designer went through my home and actually removed the clutters and rearranged furniture to prepare the house for showing. I had knee surgery recently and they did whatever they can to put the house on the market. I interviewed some of the best agents and I chose Mike and Travis partly because they believe they can sell for more than the other agents. And they did sell for more! There were things that they did and decisions that they made directly affect the result - getting our house sold. I would not reveal their trade secrets because other agents would do the same if they know. I hope my few words are enough to convince you that Mike and Travis are the best at what they do."

Mike and Travis were a pleasure to work with. I had a lot of questions before I was comfortable selling my townhouse. Travis answered my questions with real, local and current data. Travis explained the numbers and what each of them "meant" in a way that made perfect sense. Too many things to put in a review but I felt extremely comfortable and easy working with Travis (and Mike) from the first call through the sale process. The photos of my townhouse were amazing – I didn’t even recognize my own home. Availability, transparency, communication and understanding the process were all very important to me and Travis exceeded all my expectations. I always knew what to expect next, always felt like I was best prepared for showings, inspections, etc. I can't imagine having a better experience. It was a stress free process where I had all my questions answered throughout and was thrilled with the end result. In my opinion, Travis went above and beyond what the average agent would for their clients. They will listen, be available, be transparent, make sure you're prepared and make sure you know what to expect. I can't thank them enough.
