Their intimate knowledge of our neighborhood, buyer preferences, and our property features was evident at the time of the listing appointment, and they came prepared for our questions with a compelling comparative market analysis. Following engagement, they worked together with us on pre-sale capital improvements and provided ready advice on desirable and reasonable repairs and upgrades. Given their level of experience, the team shared a network of contractors and independent specialists who were able to assist us in completing the pre-sale projects on schedule. As a team, Mike and Travis continuously displayed a high level of attention to detail in the comprehensive preparation, marketing and presentation of the property, including effective photography, lighting, and use of staging resources to ensure that our house was ready for sale. In matters related to negotiation and securing the desired terms of sale, the two agents are very resourceful and have effective problem-solving skills, and communicated with us, and negotiated with others in a professional, respectful, and transparent manner. In short, Mike and Travis are highly committed and did the best job of selling our house in a challenging market, and to the mutual satisfaction of both the sellers and buyers, and we highly recommend that you utilize their services.

We were so fortunate to find Mike and Travis through a friend in the search for our first home. Mike and Travis both have an amazing wealth of knowledge and were always quick to respond, no matter how last minute our requests were. They were always able to get us into a house showing very speedily, and we never felt anxious that we would miss an opportunity. Mike and Travis seem to complement each other as a team. Mike is always steadfast and never pushed us in one direction or another, so we never felt pressured. Travis has a background in contracting and went above and beyond throughout inspection and negotiation of repairs. Their years of experience really show, and they both made the purchase of our first home as smooth as we could have asked for. Thank you, Mike and Travis!

I rarely if ever write reviews, but Mike and Travis with First Team are so experienced and trustworthy, that I just had to share!!! To begin with, their teamwork and systems always ensured quick and reliable responses to so many questions we had at most every turn. Then, there were the many times when we were either completely in the dark or concerned about what felt like puzzling one-off dilemmas. Not to worry, Mike and Travis were always there for us, and they always knew exactly how to proceed, based upon their years of combined experiences. There seemed to be no situation they hadn’t previously faced on numerous occasions. Their calm expertise really set us at ease with the knowledge that we had the very best team available. We felt grateful to be the beneficiaries of endless expertise, coupled with a calm sense of knowing just what to do and how to proceed. Mike and Travis have been and continue to be in it for the long haul, caring more about their long-term relationships and reputation through client satisfaction, than about making a quick buck. We always felt that they would both always meet our needs first, giving us options and choices. Their personality styles and their backgrounds complement one another, as well, and they both gracefully stepped back, hearing the other, who may have had a slightly different opinion, ultimately resulting in amazingly astute and unified guidance. The Mike and Travis team is more than the sum of their individual talents, they work so well with one another that we always felt confident in our team’s decisions, because we truly were a team and we always felt respected and heard, as part of that team. The icing on the cake for us was how many things Mike and Travis did for us, which went well above and beyond what we ever expected from a realtor, as we were across the country during the entire process. There was a time when I thought that realtors made too much money from home sales, but not anymore. Mike and Travis earned every cent, and we’d never consider anyone else in the future!!!

Had another great experience working with Mike and Travis along with their team! They were able to locate a great house for us while being very patient and informative throughout the process. They also did an amazing job marketing our current house to get it sold. After 1 open house they brought us a qualified offer the next day over our asking price. The closing process was smooth, and they handled everything along the way. 100% will work with them again!
