We were randomly assigned to Tudi after clicking 'contact agent' on the house listing and we are so glad that we were. She was extremely prompt and always responsive. Additionally she kept us extremely informed throughout the whole process. Most important, she has a positive attitude and is very cheerful, which is a great thing during a potentially stressful home buying process. If I had to do the whole process again, I'd choose Tudi!

Tyler is an absolute rockstar of a realtor. I did not know what to expect going into the buying process as a first time homeowner, and Tyler was very quick to walk me through everything, answer all (probably 1000+) of my questions, and connect me with the people I'd need to work with to get a deal done. On our first day out looking at a few options, I remember one moment when Tyler moved over some boards of sheetrock and other materials covering a section of wall in the basement and commented something along the lines of "let's make sure they're not hiding anything." From that moment I knew that Tyler was looking out for my best interests and was going to ensure anything uncovered would be handled I never felt pressured by Tyler to make a decision on a home that was more expensive that would result in a higher commission, and he even took me to a few properties that I thought looked promising but he knew they would be an absolute nightmare just so that I would feel like I at least saw it, and promptly walk away. Once I found the home perfect for me, Tyler almost seemed surprised considering a few of the other options, yet immediately put an offer forth and we closed unbelievably quickly allowing me to move directly out of my apartment to my new home with no overlap. I recently worked with Tyler again on a vacant land purchase and had the same experience as the first time: very prompt communication, lower offers put forth, and a deal quickly completed. I would not hesitate to work with Tyler again and am looking forward to doing so the next time I am in the market.
